2022.gada 18.oktobrī Ministru kabinetā ir apstiprināti MK noteikumi Nr.660 par turpmāko kārtību, kā uzņēmumiem, valsts iestādēm, pašvaldībām un citām publiskām personām būs jāveic energoefektivitātes monitorings. Jaunie noteikumi ir pieņemti, ņemot vērā nesenos grozījumus Energoefektivitātes likumā.
Jaunie noteikumi stājas spēkā ar 2022.gada 22.oktobri un ir pieejami šeit: https://likumi.lv/ta/id/336592-energoefektivitates-monitoringa-noteikumi. Tie aizstāj 2016.gada MK noteikumus Nr.668.
2022.gada 1.septembrī Ekodoma sadarbībā ar partneriem no vēl 10 citām Eiropas Savienības valstīm uzsāka dalību jaunā projektā OwnYourSECAP, kura ietvaros tiks iesaistītas kopā 8 pašvaldības no katras valsts. Projekta mērķis ir sniegt pašvaldībām tehnisko atbalstu enerģētikas un klimata rīcības plānos iekļauto pasākumu sistemātiskā ieviešanā. Ko tas nozīmē? Tas nozīmē, ka Ekodoma nākamo trīs gadu laikā strādās ar izvēlētajām pašvaldībām un to energopārvaldniekiem un enerģētikas darba grupām pie tā, kā šajās pašvaldībās izvēlēties enerģētikas un/vai klimata pasākumus, kā tos plānot un kā tos praktiski ieviest. Tie ir pasākumi, kas saistīti gan ar energopārvaldības ieviešanu, gan ar mājokļiem, gan transportu, gan pielāgošanos klimata pārmaiņām un citi. Papildus Ekodoma organizēs virkni apmācību, lai stiprinātu energopārvaldnieku un vides speciālistu iemaņas, zināšanas un kompetences, kā arī īstenos citas aktivitātes.

Energy management is a topical issue not only in Latvia, but also across Europe, including Hungary. Having started the cooperation with the Hungarian municipalities under COMPETE4SECAP project, we continued it also after the successful completion of the project. In cooperation with a Hungarian association GreenDependent, the platform is currently being used in three municipalities: Zuglo municipality of Budapest’s XIV district, Budapest’s XVIII district, and Budaors municipality.
We are glad to announce that in addition to the four existing modules, the platform now features one more: Management Review. The new module allows the users to create annual management reports in accordance with ISO 50001 standard. Based on the pre-entered energy consumption data in the platform, the system will automatically generate a report that contains all the historical data compared to the reporting year, as well as energy savings, the top consumers, the costs, the specific consumption of each object, and other useful information.
Management review is mandatory for every municipality or company having certified their energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001 standard. Moreover, the management review will also be useful for any other user or organisation to have a much-needed comprehensive overview of the situation. For example, the changes in consumption patterns for better or for worse, as well as set forth and track execution of tasks and goals.
In the management review, the user can choose to include data of one single module (e.g., buildings) or all modules together.
Generating your management review in the platform will save your time and provide you with a clear overview of the situation in your organisation in an aesthetically pleasing format.
